"Vicky" Online Banking Portal

Commissioned by a large banking institution to design a modern banking portal for business customers, various concepts and different designs were developed. The project, under the working title Vicky, ran for several months in close collaboration with the bank's internal IT department.

Sprints & Iterations
As part of the internal Agile process at the bank, we worked from sprint to sprint, from iteration to iteration. This led from sketches and wireframes to low-fidelity designs to high-fidelity prototypes. Results from usability tests and A/B testing with internal corporate target groups were incorporated into the final outcome.
Widgets make it yours
The central philosophy behind Vicky was the possibility of customization. Widgets were part of this idea. With them, the workspace could be customized individually.
